Privacy Statement
VenuesLive Management Services Pty Ltd (ABN 34 612 296 312) (VenuesLive, we, us, our) collects personal information and payment details in its capacity as hospitality and ticketing agent for the Australian Professional Leagues Company Pty Ltd (APL).
Your personal information and payment details may be used and disclosed to APL, venues, service providers and associated entities to process bookings, payments, deliver hospitality services and manage events.
Unless you advise otherwise, we may also provide you with offers and information related to our products and services, and may share your information with sponsors, hospitality agents and APL-related entities for this purpose.
You must accept these Terms and Conditions to proceed with your booking.
1. Corporate Facility Services
The corporate facility is provided as a fully serviced offering including ticketing, cleaning, security, catering and beverages.
2. Access and Use of Tickets
You must ensure responsible behaviour of your guests and compliance with all venue conditions.
- No signage or advertising without APL approval
- Access requires valid tickets and accreditation
- Tickets must not be sold, transferred or provided to others (except your guests)
You and your guests must not:
- Sell tickets at a premium
- Use tickets for advertising, promotions or competitions
- Use tickets to enhance demand for other goods or services
Lost or stolen tickets may be reissued for a $50 fee per ticket upon written request.
Tickets will be issued approximately 2 weeks before the event, subject to full payment.
3. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Bookings are not secured until payment is received.
By providing your credit card details, you authorise us to charge:
- The full corporate facility fee
- Any additional food and beverage charges (Event Day Charges)
Event Day Charges will be processed within 5 business days after the event. An invoice will be provided.
You must nominate an authorised host to approve Event Day Charges at the event.
4. Collection of Your Information
VenuesLive acts as agent for the APL and may collect personal information and payments on its behalf. Information may be shared with APL, venues and service providers to manage the event.
5. Food and Beverages
No external food or beverages are permitted.
Dietary Requirements: Must be advised at the time of order. Late changes may incur additional charges.
Food Allergies: While efforts are made to minimise cross-contamination, allergen-free guarantees cannot be provided.
Halal: Most meat is Halal-certified. Requests must be communicated when ordering.
Kosher: Requires at least 10 days’ notice. Additional costs apply.
Liquor Licensing: Venues operate under the Liquor Act 2007. Responsible service of alcohol is enforced. Intoxicated or disruptive guests may be removed. ID may be required. Underage drinking will be reported.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Events may be changed, postponed or cancelled by the APL.
- If cancelled 7+ days prior: full refund
- If cancelled within 7 days: refund minus non-recoverable costs
- If cancelled during the event: no refund
Cancellation by you:
- 14+ days prior: 50% fee applies
- Within 14 days: 100% fee applies
Refunds may take up to 5 business days to process.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VenuesLive excludes all warranties and liability.
VenuesLive is not liable for:
- Loss of profits, revenue, business or goodwill
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Injury, loss, theft or damage to persons or property
- Delays or issues beyond its control
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the corporate facility.
You are responsible for any damage or loss caused by you or your guests and must reimburse VenuesLive immediately if invoiced.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud where it cannot be legally excluded.
