The Australian Professional Leagues and its hospitality agent (we, us, our) generally collect personal information for the purposes of processing and administering request/s, which may include processing ticket requests. We may also provide this information to the APL sponsors and/or other companies associated with the event and the corporate facility and other purposes contemplated in these Package Terms and Conditions.

Unless the Client (you, your) advises otherwise, we will also provide you with offers and information related to our products and services which we believe will be of particular relevance and interest to you. We may also provide your information to our sponsors, hospitality agent, and/or companies associated with the APL for the purpose of providing you with offers and information.

You will be required to accept the Package Terms and Conditions to proceed with your booking of the corporate facility.

PACKAGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Corporate Facility Services

The corporate facility is made available to you at the event as a fully serviced corporate facility including ticketing, cleaning, security and access to catering and beverages.

2. Access and Use of Tickets

You must ensure the responsible behaviour of your guests and compliance at all times with the Conditions of Entry and guidelines and conditions for use of corporate facilities issued by the respective venues (Allianz Stadium, CommBank Stadium & Leichhardt Oval).

You must not, and you must ensure that your guests do not, display any signage or advertising of any kind on or within the corporate facility without the prior approval of the APL.

Access to the corporate facility at the event will be given to you and your guests on presentation by each person of an admission ticket, and any other accreditation for the event supplied by us.

You agree tickets and accreditation (if any) for the corporate facility and the event must not be sold or transferred or provided (other than to your guests to any other person, organization, agent or other entity.

You must not, and you must ensure that your guests and ticket holders for the corporate facility and the event do not:

(a) Sell a ticket at a premium;
(b) Use a ticket or accreditation (if any) for advertising, promotional or other commercial purposes including public competitions, trade promotions and give aways, but excluding private commercial purposes which are not public in nature; and / or
(c) Use a ticket to enhance the demand for other goods and services.

You agree that lost or stolen tickets or accreditation (if any) may, at our discretion, be reissued on payment of a fee of $50 per ticket. Requests to replace lost or stolen tickets must be made in writing to the APL.

Tickets and accreditation (if any) for the corporate facility and the event will be provided to you approximately 2 weeks prior to the event, subject to receipt of full payment of the corporate facility fee.

3. Payment

The full payment of the corporate facility fee will be charged on receipt of your booking. Your booking is not secure until full payment of the corporate facility fee has been made and we reserve the right to cancel the booking and sell the corporate facility to any other party if full payment is not received at the time of booking.

By providing your credit card details you authorise us to charge the credit card the full payment for the corporate facility for the event. You also authorise us to charge the credit card for any other food and beverage charges incurred by you and your guests attending the corporate facility on the day the event (Event Day Charges).

Event Day Charges will be charged within 5 Business Days of the event. You will receive an invoice confirming the Event Day Charges. If you believe there has been an error in the Event Day Charges charged to the card please contact the APL.

You must nominate a host to be present at the corporate facility for the duration of the event. The host must be authorised by you to confirm and approve the Event Day Charges (if any) at the close of the event.

4. Food and Beverages

No food or beverages may be brought into the corporate facility by you or your guests.

Dietary Requirements: Special dietary requests will be catered for (where practical) if advised at the time of placing an order. Suitable alternative catering may not be available for late notice changes, or requests made past the ordering deadline. All costs associated with late notice changes or requests will be charged as an Event Day Charge to the credit card supplied.

Food Allergies: Every effort is taken to minimise the risk of cross-contamination of allergens (peanuts, tree nuts, seafood, soy, dairy, eggs and wheat), however no guarantees are given that any products are 100% allergen-free. Information provided is accurate to the best of our knowledge and based on the information provided by our suppliers. You must ensure that food allergies or sensitivities are clearly communicated to us at the time of placing an order.

Halal: The majority of meat products provided are certified Halal and most requests are catered for without any modification to existing menus. You must ensure that Halal requests are clearly communicated to us at the time of placing an order.

Kosher: You must provide ten (10) days prior notice if a kosher meal is required. All costs associated with requests for kosher meals will be charged as an Event Day Charge to the credit card supplied.

Liquor Licensing: All venues are licensed premises and operate in accordance with The Liquor Act 2007. Responsible service of alcohol is monitored and strictly enforced at all venues. Liquor service will be refused to any guests deemed intoxicated or on the verge of intoxication by venue staff, and guests who cause a disturbance or refuse to comply with venue staff instructions may be removed from the venue. Guests believed to be 25 years or younger will be requested to provide valid identification. Underage persons purchasing or consuming alcohol, or persons supplying alcohol to underage persons will be reported to the applicable authorities.

5. Cancellation and/or Rescheduling of Events

All events are scheduled by the APL. You acknowledge the events, the date of the events, and/or the venues of the events, may change, be postponed or be cancelled by the APL.

If the event is cancelled by the APL on or more than 7 days prior to the event we will refund you all monies you have paid. If the APL cancellation is within 7 days of the event we will retain the reasonable non-recoverable costs we have incurred in preparing the corporate facility for the event and refund the balance of the monies you have paid.

If the event is cancelled during the event (i.e.. after the event has commenced) there will be no refund of the corporate facility fee or Event Day Charges (if any) incurred prior to cancellation.

Cancellation by you on or more than 14 days prior to the event will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the corporate facility fee.

Cancellation by you within 14 days of the event will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the corporate facility fee.

Please allow up to 5 Business Days for all refunds to be processed.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties, terms, conditions or undertakings of any nature and in any form (whether express or implied, written, oral, statutory or otherwise) in relation to this agreement for use of the corporate facility packages.

We shall not be liable to you or your guests in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise arising out of or in connection with this agreement for use of the corporate facility for (i) any loss of revenues, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of goodwill and/or reputation or loss arising out of business interruption (whether such losses are direct or indirect) or (ii) any indirect or consequential loss or damage.

We shall not be liable for: (i) any injury whatsoever to you or your guests, nor for any loss or damage to or theft of your or their property howsoever such injury, loss or damage may be caused; or (ii) any damage, loss, delay or expense incurred by you owing to any event beyond our control. Our total liability if such an event arises shall be to use reasonable endeavours to make alternative arrangements, including holding the event (if applicable) at the next best alternative date or providing alternative hospitality facilities at the venue.

Our maximum liability to you and your guests under, or in connection with this agreement for use of the corporate facility shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you.

You shall be responsible for and shall reimburse us for any loss, damage, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, loss of profits), that your or your guests are responsible for, whether within the corporate facility or elsewhere within the venues. If you or your guests are responsible for such damage or loss, we shall be entitled to invoice you and you shall pay such invoice immediately.

Nothing within these terms and conditions shall limit or exclude a party’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for any loss, damage, costs and expenses caused by an act of fraud or which may not lawfully be excluded.
